A London Mayoral Commission will determine if the capital should have a multi-million pound International Convention Centre. The commission – set up by the LDA and headed by businessman Gerry Acher – will examine if a London ICC could rival other European venues and help the city tap into a £100 billion-a-year international market. The commission will report within a year.
